Pursuant to Art. 13 sec. 1 and sec. 2 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, as amended, we would like to inform you that:
1. The administrator of your data is AMStudio Sp. z o. o. with headquarters in Dąbrówka, ul. Widok 13, NIP 777-337-25-75, KRS 0000895024.
2. Personal data is processed only to the extent necessary for the implementation of marketing and commercial processes with contractors, in particular for the implementation of direct and internet marketing processes, information about products in the commercial offer of AMStudio Sp. z o.o., promotions, sales, competitions or organized training.
3. Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties, except in the case of entrusting data to a debt collection company, accounting firm, law firm, transport company, which takes place under a contract of entrusting processing or another entity on the basis of applicable law.
4. We do not transfer your data outside of Poland / EU / European Economic Area.
5. Your personal data will be kept until you request its removal.
6. You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time, which does not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. Additionally, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Data Protection Office.
7. Providing your personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the implementation of commercial processes. Failure to provide this data will make it impossible to prepare the necessary commercial documentation.
8. Decisions regarding your personal data will not be made in an automated manner.
9. The Administrator makes every effort to ensure all means of physical, technical and organizational protection of personal data against accidental or deliberate destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, use or access, in accordance with all applicable regulations.
